Jess is passionate about helping business owners understand their financial data so they can make sound business decisions. Since forming Roper in 1993, she has worked with attorneys, healthcare providers, realtors, and contractors to provide strategic planning, budget analysis, cash flow projections, and KPI analysis to teach them to understand the numbers for their business. According to a client, “Jess exceeded everything and made it so simple. Jess has allowed me to think about my finances in a different way.”
Jess also teaches small business workshops for area community colleges and SCORE. Prior to starting Roper, Jess was a senior officer in banking and insurance for close to 20 years.
